Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a / Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a team leader / supervisor role.
- Experience in automotive filed would be added advantage.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Positive, collaborative, and skilled in interpersonal relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, adept at finding solutions, and proven in facing new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Analytical thinker, offering fresh perspectives and intuitive solutions.
- Proven leadership in fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts.
- Proficient in system automation and business software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform group consolidation
- Financial compilation and analysis
- Prepare monthly payroll/wages
- Liaise with bankers, auditor, company secretary and tax agent to ensure compliance with statutory requirement
- Checking and monitor payment procedures
- Advising on, planning and installing budgetary, accounts controlling and other accounting policies and systems
- To assist in preparing daily accounting entries
- Any other ad-hoc and task as assigned from time to time
