Responsibilities
● Manage plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and scheduling for efficient processes.
● Develop production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources, equipment, and labour.
● Maintain high product quality through quality control procedures and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
● Leads and drives relevant departmental heads and play a big role in continuing the transformation of the company resources and
communicating the corporate vision and goal to all level.
● Responsible for specific centralized activities / functions that may be instructed by the top management from time to time.
● Ensure cost effective management and efficient productivity.
● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing any defined goals and its key performance indicators (KPIs).
