ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
*Assist sales manager in daily sales operation such as preparation of quotations, check and reply emails, check goods before sending.
*Prepare simple product catalogue, with photograph and specification when new item arrives.
*Assist to organise the showroom in orderly manner and direct display of lightings in the showroom.
*Update social media eg Facebook and company website
*Other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements
*SPM, STPM, Diploma certification. Interior Design trained is an added advantage.
*Min 2 years of work experience.
*Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay.
*Able to complete administrative tasks with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skill. Autocad knowledge is an added advantage.
*Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
SALARY : RM 2600-RM 3500
