Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator, specializing in WhatsApp marketing. This role involves providing necessary support, sending photos and videos to our clients, handling product inquiries, managing price inquiries, and other tasks related to sales and marketing support.

Responsibilities:

• Engage effectively with customers using WhatsApp marketing strategies.
• Send product photos and videos to customers, showcasing our products.
• Respond promptly to product and price inquiries via WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and support.
• Assist in developing and implementing WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using WhatsApp for business purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
