Qualifications & experience
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting qualification or equivalents
min 1 year working experience in related field. Training will be provided.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel. Knowledge in SQL accounting software system is an added advantage
Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, cheerful, willing to learn, quick learner, able to work independently
Language required: English, Chinese, Malay
Tasks & responsibilities
Managing and preparing full set accounts
Issue invoices, debit/credit notes & payment voucher on timely basis
Maintain proper record & good filing system
Prepare monthly payroll and submission of EPF/SOCSO/EIS/HRDF. Assist in HR matter.
Liaising with external parties such as Tax Agents, Company Secretaries and Auditor
Perform SST submission every 2 months
Assist in administrative matters. Handling phone calls and emails. Perform other duties assigned by the management
